We held our first model rep meeting of the school year this past Sunday for our 2014 senior model reps and their friends! We were missing a couple model reps but, overall, it was a great turnout. The studio was set up, music was playing throughout, slideshows of our seniors were playing on the TVs and computers, and Tyler had his camera in hand as the models started showing up. We were so excited when Hannah became one of our 2014 Senior Model Reps! We love working with seniors who are involved in different sports and activities so we can really focus on creating senior portraits that are unique to that specific senior. With Hannah being our first swimmer, we had tons of ideas. So many ideas, in fact, that we were only able to do half of Hannah's session!

The Heritage Coyotes (1-5) held their homecoming game against The Colony Cougars (4-2) Friday night at Memorial Stadium. The Cougars took the lead right away with two touchdowns in the first quarter. Although the Coyotes attempted to make a come back in the second quarter, it just wasn’t enough to keep up with the Cougars who led the game 35-21 at halftime. Junior Bryan Hammond made 3 of 7 touchdowns for the Cougars and they won the game 49-28...

Senior model rep, Shelby, and her fellow Lone Star cheerleader create a heart with their arms and pom poms. Aubrey High School Falls to Lone Star High School at FC Dallas Stadium

The Aubrey Chaparrals played against the Lone Star Rangers on Thursday night at the FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco. The Chaparrals (2-5) stayed in the lead over the Rangers (6-1) for three quarters, going into halftime with a 20-19 lead. The Chaps took an early fourth quarter lead of 28-25 over the Rangers when Anthony Alford ran a 3-yard touchdown. The Rangers, however, were unstoppable and answered right back with a 45-yard touchdown run by Toure Stevens with 9:42 left on the clock. Aubrey just couldn’t get down the field before Lone Star took down quarterback Anthony Alford for a 1-yard gain on fourth-and-8 with 6:01 left. Lone Star finished out their game against Aubrey with a 9-yard touchdown run by CJ Encalade with little over a minute left making the final score 39-28...
