Soft light streamed through the stained glass windows as our footsteps echoed through the high ceilings of the sanctuary. Madison DeVor smiled at our team as we gaped at the gorgeous patterns and textured walls of the Old Church Restored, a church in Whitesboro, Texas.

Madison and her mother are good friends with the family who bought and restored the old church, so they very graciously allowed us to photograph Madison there for her DFW senior portraits! This senior is not only beautiful, but she is extremely smart! She is the only senior in our Senior Model Rep Program to be graduating early, and she told us that her plan is to begin her college career at a community college in the area to gain more credits as soon as she graduates in the spring. She then wants to head to Kilgore College, the birthplace of southern drill teams, and pursue a position as a Rangerette - the most prestigious dance team in the United States. Kilgore is a fitting place for Madison as she wants to be a Drill Team Coach!

"Tyler R Brown is absolutely amazing! My pictures turned out flawless, the whole team did such a great job. Tyler is such an amazing photographer he works with you on everything and tries to make your senior session unique. I'm so glad Tyler R brown was my photographer!" - Madison DeVor

Madison is currently a Lone Star Rangerette and a prominent member of her high school’s dance team. She says that she is so thankful for the continued support from her parents and her two younger siblings, who the family adopted out of foster care! As a church is not normally somewhere we would hold a senior photo session, but when asked, Madison said that she chose to have her senior portrait session done at the old church mainly she wanted her photographs to show her strong Christian faith.

Although Whitesboro is a bit of a far drive, we loved the stunning backgrounds and the location really made Madison’s senior pictures pop! Sadly, we had to head back to the studio after being kicked out of the church – there was a party and we needed to get out of the way! We truly enjoyed photographing Madison, and we just know that she will make an amazing Rangerette!
