Such a fun session! Cheerleader Turns Senior Model For a Day

Hanah Simmons is no stranger to hard work. This Liberty High School senior is the daughter of two gymnasts who run a cheer and gymnastics program in North Texas with their own gym! She also works as a trainer at an American Ninja Warrior type gym and she told us how fun it was to try out all of the obstacles as well as teach others how to traverse them safely!

But when we scheduled a full

Such a fun session! Roses Are Red and Violet is Alana's Hair Color

Alana is a diamond in the rough and an amazing Top Model! Instead of one regular session, she wanted three mini sessions spread out through the year. We LOVED this idea, especially because Alana’s hair is ever changing.

Our first session was in Deep Ellum, which is perfect fit for Alana’s bright personality! We took full advantage of all the amazing murals in the area and had a few run ins with the locals for a full experience!

Our second session was at Arbor Hills in Plano...

Such a fun session! Senior Songbird will Steal Your Heart

Annie Kagerer is a lot like many of our other seniors. She’s gorgeous, smart, and very kind – something that most people say that seniors of her generation are not. But Annie is not only these things – she also has a talent that can’t be seen, but rather, can be heard.

Having been a senior model rep with our studio since last March, we had no idea how stunning Annie’s voice was until her mother, Patricia, showed us a recording and we were blown away! Annie’s talents don’t stop there though. She uses her powers of organization to help run Best Buddies, a program that pairs high school students with other students

Gillian is beautiful! Sweet Senior Session Takes an Edgy Twist

Fhen you first meet senior model rep, Gabby Klosterman, don’t let her shy demeanor fool you! This wonderful senior from The Colony High School is both sweet and artsy and took us for a jot around DFW for her North Dallas senior photo session.

We met Gabby at the studio to get her primed and camera ready by one of our amazing hair and makeup artists. While getting her hair and makeup done, her dad, Duane, told us that Gabby was their miracle baby as Gabby’s mom,

Tristan poses in front of a rainbow!! Headbangers, Street Art, and Senior Pictures

If you’ve never seen a man in Chubbies, Sperrys, and a polo hat head-banging to a metal rock band in Deep Ellum, then you haven’t lived. Or, at least, you haven’t laughed as hard in amazement as we have. When we first met Tristan, his mom Heather, and his uncle Dan, we were behind the slightly sketchy 7 Eleven down on Elm St. in Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum is an amazing place to have your North Texas senior pictures done because of all of the cool textures and neat atmosphere. But be warned – there are a few crazy characters that hang around the many music venues and restaurants down there so you’re more than likely going to have one or two fun and a little strange conversations. Especially if you’re like us and take lights with you wherever you go!

We started off down one of the side streets and while we were getting Tristan warmed up for the shoot, he looked over and noted that there was a ‘frat guy’ moshing (a dance phenomenon that’s more like fighting...

We definitely have the coolest crew in town! Downtown Dallas 2015 Model Rep Session with Jaedyn, Meghan and Lauren!

Holy pretty ladies, Batman! Our models were on fire during this senior model rep shoot in Deep Ellum.

The wonderful Whitney Stiles worked her magic on our already stunning 2015 Model Reps and we headed into the studio for some individual and group shooting sessions. Becoming fast friends, Jaedyn, Meghan, and Lauren giggled their way through many different poses and kept a fierce attitude as they dazzled us with their ‘smizes’ – Tyra would have been so proud...

Trevor is a senior at Hebron High School and a member of the school’s Band. For Trevor’s session, we met up in Deep Ellum and walked the streets stopping at any cool spot we found. Like many seniors that come through Tyler R. Brown Photography, Trevor seemed to be having a great time with us! We took advantage of the cool murals that are painted throughout Deep Ellum along with all the other textured walls, doors, windows and streets...

James poses in front of a wall covered in graffiti in Deep Ellum. Our Deep Ellum Portrait Session With James Rhodes

In 2011 we photographed a beautiful young lady from Centennial High School, Emily Rhodes. We had an awesome time photographing her so you can imagine how excited we were when she called us about pictures for her younger brother, James! Having worked with us before, Emily knew what to expect, and it was a delight getting to see her again.

We met James and Emily in Deep Ellum and walked the streets capturing some cool portraits of James with a multitude of textured and grunge, backgrounds. James even had his friend bring his motorcycle to us so he could take some cool pictures with his bike as well...

Alicea Monet Senior Pretty High School Dallas Chains Unique Urban Senior Portraits in Deep Ellum with Alicea

It was an early morning for Alicea, her mom, Sonja…and for us too! This session started off at the Dallas Arboretum right as they opened the gate. Alicea showed up in a gorgeous, bright pink dress and with the Chihuly glass displays, well, what wonderful and colorful backdrops. I think we were all trying to take in the beauty of the glass while....

Travis Kassab Handsome Senior Deep Ellum Grunge Travis' White Rock Lake and Deep Ellum Senior Portrait Session

We met up with Travis Kassab at White Rock Lake for a few senior portraits down by the place where he rows crew. We couldn't get out on the water, so we just hung out around the dock, the pump house and that whole area, shooting from spot to spot. It was a very laid back shoot. Heather was on hand to help out with the lights, and mom was never too far away holding all of Travis' stuff.

After White Rock, we drove downtown, to Deep Ellum, and walked the streets, ducking into every nook we found. There are tons of great textures down there, and I think we put Travis...
