The Bishop Arts District is known for its close-knit small town neighborhood feel and is the home to many independent restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques. The artsy district is located in north Oak Cliff, Dallas, and just southwest of Downtown Dallas. We had senior model reps Angela, Hailey, Erin, and Isabel meet us for a fun evening of exploring and senior photos. Yes please!

We met around the intersection of Melba St. and Bishop Ave at a house completely covered in Artist Eric Mancini’s iconic graffiti pattern. This house is bright, fun, and perfect for a photo shoot tagged with #BishopArts. A lot of the great shops in the area were still open while we were shooting so we got to experience the atmosphere and window shop while posing with some of the gorgeous artwork.

We made our way down Bishop Ave only to be met with the smell of amazing food and interaction from some friendly locals. The models and our team ventured down some alleyways and around a few surrounding blocks. Murals, boutiques, and good vibes all over! With the light fading, we were able to grab a few night shots, but it was obvious that our time in this fun part of down was over. It was hard to leave, but we look forward to returning to this gem of a place!
