Our fantastic 2014 senior model rep, Hadlie Tucker, referred this cool senior to us for his senior portraits. Ben attends McKinney North High School and has known Hadlie since they were in third grade! Ben’s mom contacted us about setting up his seniority session last Fall but we were waiting for the day his braces came off, which was definitely later than expected. Luckily, they finally came off at the end of January and we set an appointment to photograph Ben in Downtown McKinney!

It was a little chilly but the sun was out and the sky was looking pretty good so we met Ben and his mom, Renee, for his session. We started off on the West side of Downtown McKinney, walking along the streets and alleys, picking out some of our favorite spots to photograph. Ben followed posing directions very well and mom was so much help, letting us know when he wasn't giving us his real smile and showing us a couple new places to photograph our seniors. We even walked all the way down to the Flour Mill on the East side of Downtown McKinney and captured some really cool shots of Ben on the tracks and with the Mill behind him.

"Ben absolutely loved his photo shoot with Tyler. He had the best time on his photo shoot in Downtown McKinney and the pictures were amazing. I got exactly the kind of Senior Pictures that I wanted of Ben. Tyler and Heather were able to capture Ben's personality perfectly. We are so happy that we choose Tyler to capture this special moment in time." - Renee Murto

By the end of the session Ben was definitely ready to get back to the warmth of the car and we couldn't wait to start editing his portraits. We are so happy that Ben absolutely loved his pictures and even told us that he hadn't expected them to be this good! We enjoyed photographing you, Ben, and we hope that we get the privilege of photographing your younger brother when he’s a high school senior.

Best of luck with your art degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia!
