Best of Dallas: Deep Ellum
Deep Ellum is essential in our Best of Dallas tour! After being established in 1873, the area was originally called Deep Elm, but the pronunciation “Deep Ellum” by early residents led to its current name. Deep Ellum is known not only for the great music and art, but also the beautiful murals scattered up and down the streets! Model reps Carli and Landri accompanied us on this evening adventure, rocking leather leggings and flowy shirts to set off the stunning backdrop of Deep Ellum’s artsy atmosphere.
Our 2018 Seniors Take Denton by Storm
When you live in Texas, you never know what the weather is going to do. Although we had a 20% chance of precipitation – which in North Texas that could mean rain, sleet, snow, hail, frogs, etc. – our team was confident that our biggest photo shoot to date would go off without a hitch. With our models safely buckled, and some others following, we led a caravan down to Denton Square – a staple of DFW.
Lovingly known as the ‘Lil' d’, Denton
Best of Dallas: Downtown Fort Worth
As we continue down our quest to visiting all the hot spots in the DFW area, Downtown Fort Worth was TRBP’s next stop! We were slightly worried we would run into a bit of that Metroplex traffic like the Fort Worth Botanic Garden Session, but traffic was moving steady and we were on track to arrive at Sundance Square on time.
A Classic Kind of Summer
The 1950’s was full of swing dancing, drive-in movies, and fun outings with friends to local hotspots like the cinema and the ice cream parlor! Inspired by this wonderful time, we gathered up senior model reps Kailyn Gauff, Melissa Castillo, and Alana Wilkinson for a 1950s themed session at our favorite ice cream parlor, Beth Marie's, in Denton, Texas.
Beth Marie's has been a Denton staple...
From A Senior's Perspective: Savannah
Although we love all of our clients, because our Senior Model Reps are with us all year long, we are able to have a special bond with these amazing young people! We love that we get to hang out with them as they move through their senior year, make big decisions for college, and help them have some gorgeous photos that they will have for forever....
Colorado Native Crashes Denton Square Rock Festival
When you first roll into the Denton Square, you expect to see a beautifully quaint, small town feel, courthouse – possibly with a few college students scattered around on blankets having picnics or studying. You expect to see the soft lights of Christmas strung up in and around the trees, framed by the infamous Opera house (now a recycled book store), and the atmospheric sounds of maybe a jazz or bluegrass band playing on the corner.
What you do not expect, is a booming, devilish, and wild heavy metal concert – which is unfortunately what Makenna Kinnamon got during the first round of her DFW senior portraits...
